I have played the Bagpipes for over 30 years, since the age of 9 and have competed in Solo and at the highest grade of World Pipe Band competition as well as playing at Funerals, Weddings and other memorable events.

I am very passionate about my instrument and pride myself on the standard of my play as well as my appearance: I have a pristine, complete dress 2 uniform, in Dress Macdonald tartan.

The powerful and distinctive sound of the Scottish Highland Bagpipes is both evocative and stirring: It is a fitting and memorable addition to almost any occasion and as well as the entertainment aspect, the presence of a Bagpiper creates a focal and talking point amongst guests, attendees and onlookers, adding to the atmosphere.

Although, there are occasions and events that a Bagpipe player is commonly associated, such as Weddings and Funerals, there a are wide range of scenarios that a Bagpiper can be used and these do not have to be Scottish in theme: I am open to all ideas and happy to discuss and fit into any format or function.
